Well. My name is Shai Drori and I am a recording engineer. The joke around the family is that was recording and twiddling with machines before I was born. It’s true enough to point out that I always wanted to be a recording engineer. My mother worked at the Israeli Broadcasting Authority, and I spent every school vacation there. By the age of nine I was already at the controls overlooking broadcasting (the engineers were busy on the phone checking how the stock market was doing). I had the pleasure of working in various studios in Israel, with some of Israel’s greatest musicians and engineers. Now I have this label that I love. It occupies my days and nights and it brings me great joy to see how people enjoy my work. I hope you will enjoy it also and I welcome your comments and ideas for future projects.
